Tagliatelle with walnuts

A very rich and fragrant dish!!

Tagliatelle with walnuts

INGREDIENTS

1 box (500g) Spaghetti tagliatelle
Salt water
250g walnuts
½ teaspoon garlic crushed
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
100g grated parmesan cheese
80 ml olive oil
65g fresh cream
4 tablespoons chopped basil leaves

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a blender, add 200 g. of walnuts and keep the rest for later use. Grind 200 g. walnuts and mix with the garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, parmesan, olive oil and the cream. Mix until you have a paste.


2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat enough salted water to boil. Cook the spaghetti for 8-10 minutes.


3. To serve, drain the pasta and toss with the walnut sauce. Finally, mix in the whole pieces that has been kept aside, along with the chopped basil leaves.
